A Little Bit about me...
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) work within their ethical framework for good practice. A copy of the ethical framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy can be found on the BACP’s website at http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework. I have several years experience working both in private practice and community based roles, working with people from variety of walks of life in a variety of therapeutic ways.  I trained integratively and have a pluralistic approach to therapy and believe it is a space for equality and growth.

        Your Space

I aim to provide a judgment free, respectful and accepting environment to help facilitate this exploration and to establish and build a successful therapeutic relationship and solid frame for work to begin and progress. With forming this therapeutic alliance, I aim to work together on finding ways to move forward and gain understanding. It wouldn’t be my role to give advice or to serve as a helpline and/or crisis care however, I can be here to talk with you and be with you through your therapeutic journey, whether that be through in person, online or telephone counselling.
